From Emmy Award-winning directors Joe and Anthony Russo (Arrested Development) comes Community, a smart comedy series about higher education – and lower expectations. The student body at Greendale Community College is made up of high-school losers, newly divorced housewives, and old people who want to keep their minds active. Jeff Winger (Joel McHale), a lawyer who has his degree revoked, goes back to college and forms a study group. Jeff and his fellow study group members, over time, learn more about themselves, as well as each other.

EDIT: Did anyone else find that they didn't laugh as much at the last episode? I awwwww'd and liked the dancing etc. but not alot of laughing. I think it might of been the Jeff/Professor stuff, I didn't find it that funny (other than: The best friend EVER! ).
Pierce was real funny this episode.

I think it might of been the Jeff/Professor stuff, I didn't find it that funny (other than: The best friend EVER! ). Pierce was real funny this episode.

I liked this episode mostly because of Troy and Britta's dancing storyline, but I'm not a fan of Professor Slater either, so that could be why there weren't a lot of laugh out loud moments in this one for me as well.

I think the reason I didn't like it was because I don't like Prof. Slater.
Jeff/Dean was pretty cool though.

I kind like Prof. Slater with Jeff the way I like Annie with Jeff; they're both very cute, likeable, and refreshingly different. (But then there's the whole opposites thing going with Annie and Jeff which is in contrast to how similar Prof. Slater is to Jeff while not seeming unlikeable to me.)

I think most of all, I like Prof. Slater because it led to jealous/devastated Britta. And jealous/devastated Britta led to surprisingly enjoyable Troy/Britta. I won't get too invested in Prof Slater, though. Sarcastic, calculating step mommies don't make for good group additions.

BTW, Now that I think about it, there weren't alot of insanely hilarious moments in this episode but I there were alot in the Jack Black episode (which I didn't enjo as much as this one) so I think it's a good balance.

I'm not invested in her but I like her as a character and enjoyed her relationship with Jeff. I'm sorry but I preferred it to Jeff/Britta. Sorry. Well, our tastes are all different.

I liked tonight's ep. The whole Jeff/Prof plot lead to some good development with both Jeff, and with Britta. Course I don't see the relationship lasting very long. And the whole Britta and Troy secretly taking dance classes was cute.

I liked the episode. Maybe it wasn't as laugh out loud funny as some, but they don't all have to be. Doesn't mean it wasn't as quality of an episode!

I don't dislike Slater. I think she gives Jeff snark for snark. But I also don't see them as lasting, and that's okay. (I sure do find amusement over calling her Slimcalves, though!)

So now to my cracky "I have to write Abed/Britta" I should add "Troy/Britta" or maybe some super freaky weird three-some.

Thing is, I am realizing more and more... I just like Britta. She's awesome, and I think we're really finding some ground with the character.
