  Becca, as she nears 40, is about to embark on her second wedding to Andy Kelly, but her joy is tempered by the absence of her old best friend Lolly who’s a no-show, having dropped out of their relationship years ago. As Becca mulls over her past with Lolly and the mishap of her marriage to her first husband, Sean, she wakes up on her wedding day in 1995 – she’s about to marry Sean, a bad-boy artist who is all wrong for her – and she knows her first move must be to reconnect with Lolly to re-live that day. Yeah, it's a fun show, full of 90s music and pop culture references.
Also it has fun moments when the heroine, Becca, tries to explain future things to her friend or just has some future insights. And there's the love triangle. Will she chose her first fiancé, Sean, or her future fiancé, Andy, who had a crush on her since childhood? But the main focus is on Becca and her friendship with Lolly. Really cool video, I love it!
I also root for Sean. At first, during the pilot I thought the writers are setting up a Becca/Sean do-over, but now it looks like they are working toward Andy/Becca, and that's why I think the end game is Becca and Sean if the show has its full course. The show has a new timeslot: WEDNESDAYS +9/8c on VH1 Maybe this new timeslot will help the ratings. |
