I just got Showtime like a month ago and have been watching this show every time its on. I just love it now.

I haven't even gotten caught up on Season 2 yet, but have the DVD's arriving in the mail soon to watch. I was wondering, are you guys excited about ''Californication'' being renewed for another season, already, since ratings have been solid this year, or have low expectations for it?

I don't know, I think my expectations for next season depend on how the show ends this season. I'm glad that they've said they plan to end the show in S4 or 5 though, it's not really a show that can just keep going season after season.

I'm not sure about that. A lot would depend on their ratings of course & they seem to be doing well. Just finished watching Season 2. How has Season 3 been?

I've liked the Karen/Hank moments that we've gotten so far...like when she helped him start his car with the jumper cables even though she was so mad at him, thought that was cute when they were just standing there silently.
And in the last episode I've liked their moments, too...although it is sad to see them not together, I know by the finale at least they will get back together, at this point it's just about how they do it.__________________
