This show is brilliant, so clever and well written easily one of the most unique and original pieces of television of recent times.

Yes San Junipero is probably my favourite episode so far and considering the standard that is high, I'd go as far as saying it's possibly my favourite/most perfect piece of television this year and I've watched Better Call Saul, Locked Up, Jessica Jones, The Missing, amongst others so it's in tough competition.

Ive only seen the first 3 so far, but I like it a lot. Just the concepts are super cool and fun to think about.

103 was my favorite so far. and then 101. I didnt care for 102 much.

It would be so awesome to retain memories like that but it would also be a big annoyance/burdan at times because you would obsess over past events, just like the guy did.

What I love most is just the character focus and how real the conversations are. It was so sad watching him discover that she was lying to him and stuff.

That was my favourite episode of the first season as well. The eps with a lot of character focus tend to be my favourite.

I just watched 3x01 Nosedive. It was an accident, I meant to watch 201 but Netflix directed me to that one. Im confused why they are out of order on there? The third season shows at the top instead of the bottom like a normal series.

301 was really good, with bryce DH... interesting concept of rating people and doesn't seem to be too far out of the realm in the future. I loved at the end how she could speak her mind.

Im watching 201 now. This series is addicting.

Another thing i love is that the episodes are depressing in nature but i honestly feel like there is a lesson learned in each one and the characters mostly end up better off by the end of it.

That's weird. Season 3 was out of order when I started but it's ok now. Netflix needs to get it together.

I thought BDH was great but that the episode itself was just alright. I was excited that Rashida Jones was writing an episode but I didn't think it was really up to the creator Charlie Brooker's usual and was somewhat predictable. It was also strange watching an episode that was so bright and shiny. I think this might be an unpopular opinion though.

What did you think of Be Right Back? It's one of my favourite episodes.

I don't know if the characters end up better because of it but I do appreciate the little examination into society the show provides thru them.

I watched the episode San Junipero and I loved it.

IMO, I think they could do a television series around San Junipero and focus the show on the characters that were in the episode.

I felt like the brightness fit the episode though because she was faking this happiness the whole time so it just fit to me. On top of tat, I liked it because it was a nice change from some of the darker scenery.... IDK, I see pretty much every episode completely different from every other so any changes are fine to me really.

It was really good and a i can see why others love it, but it wasnt my favorite because the idea of trying to replace your husband is just weird to me. Very interesting concept as usual and seems like something that might actually happen, people pretending to be loved ones that died over the internet, but the whole fake AI was so weird and I kinda felt bad for the thing . I wanted her to get rid of it at the end too so IDK, the episode didnt impact me as much.

I dont think EVERY character is better off, certainly not.... but I think some are. Like the man taking the chip out of his neck wont have to obsess about his every move anymore. The girl in nosedive was finally able to express her feelings a the end and stop thinking about the rating.

I just watched episode 202 White Bear and LOVED IT! It might be my 2nd favorite episode so far but its hard to rank them. I was so confused at first and felt it was a bit out there but as it went on I really started to get into the plot. Finding out she filmed the murder of the girl was like . I didnt expect that at all, and it was so sad how they tortured her the whole film, but weirdly you didnt feel AS bad for her knowing what she did. IDK, it was so creepy and weird and then she had to repeat it every day? This show is messed up.

Just watched 203 The Waldo Moment and I didnt like that one much, it just kinda bored me. Definitely my least favorite episode so far.

I watched 1/2 of white christmas... weird so far... but for some reason my netflix kept freezing so i had to shut it off but i will finish it tomorrow and hopefully the series in the next few days. I think for the season 3 episodes I will switch up the order based on what I think I will like.

Part of me loves that idea as it would so good and getting to spend more time there even having characters with different stories could be really compelling, but then part of me thinks maybe what made it so good is only getting a teaser the idea you could grasp at it but then it's over (like life) and that's what makes it so wonderful and meaningful.

Yeah The Waldo Moment is probably my least favourite episode too, White Bear was messed up it left me confused as to how I felt about it all, it was clever how they didn't reveal what she'd done until the end to make you feel sympathy for her as we purely see her as a human and those tormenting her as inhumane yet when we find out the truth does she now deserve it, are they any better? So many things to think about! That's another thing this show gives you plenty to ponder long after it's finished.

I really enjoyed Nosedive and thought it was one of the best eps of the new series, it highlighted so much of what's happening these days with social media etc.

I read something from the director of San Junipero where he said if there was a continuation to it it would probably end up sad because that's just the way Charlie Brooker's writing is.

See unpopular opinion about Nosedive. I do get why people like it though.

Ah ok, I thought Be Right Back was such a great take on grief and mourning and missing someone plus I love Hayley Atwell so I thought it was fantastic. It's so interesting to see how people interpret each episode. I think that's another thing that makes it such a smart show.

I get what your saying but is he really better off though? He lost his wife and daughter.

I felt the same way about White Bear as I was watching it I wasn't so sure but as it progressed it really got me thinking. I thought the ending where you see it's a theme park of sorts was pretty brilliant. It's up there for me.

I wasn't that into The Waldo Moment either but who knew it would foreshadow the 2016 election.

I liked White Christmas a lot. That or Be Right Back are probably #1 for me.

I'M SO OBSESSEDDDDDD.

2x04 White Christmas was good, I liked the twist in the end about the kid not being his own but it was super depressing. I know most episodes are but still. (And yet I still love the series!)

I decided to start with 3x05 Men Against Fire, because I felt l like I would enjoy it the least. The whole "war" genre is just not my favorite. I thought the first half was slow but of course the twist was good, finding out he was killing humans. It was a really depressing episode though, so its not one of my favorite but it was really well done.

Then I watched 302 Playtest, I really loved this one. Loved it. But I love Horror so i just found the whole plot really fun and addicting. I really liked the main character, he was super funny and personable. I felt so bad for him in the end, he didnt deserve that. I agree that the episode shoulda ended when he went to see his mom, I think that would have been a sadder more impactful ending, that he ignored her call because she forgot who she was. But I guess his phone interfering with the game was a good lesson.

I've only got 3 episodes left to watch...

Planning to watch 306 next, then 303, then 304.

I agree, I think thats why the show works for me because it never gets stale, theres always a new SL and characters. Its exciting because you might stumble upon an episode you just truly LOVE.

i do think some of the concepts are awesome though and could make cool shows or movies on their own. . I heard that Robert Downey Jr purchased rights to 1x03 and wants to make a movie out of it. Sounds cool.

I thought about that. I dont really know what happens in the episode but I heard a bit about it and I think if they did a sequel something awful would happen so I dont want them to touch it. lol.

Something i think they could do though is use the same concepts again, but with different characters. Like, they can have another episode similar to white bear where people torture someone else for a crime they did. Or they can have another episode revolving around the technology used in 301 or 103...

Did he though? I'm assuming they just split up, unless I missed something where she said she was leaving forever. But I dont see why he cant see his daughter still... who cares about losing his cheater of a wife... lol

I think making her go through it once would be proper punishment but over and over? Thats so messed up. Especially her not remembering what she did made it seem even worse.

I really enjoyed Nosedive too... Nosedive, History of You, and White Bear so far are my favorites.

Oh man, Playtest, definitely one of my favourites, though I'm happy (not really the right word..) with the ending the way it is. It had me still ****ed up days later.

I'm surprised Shut Up and Dance isn't being mentioned much, as I thought that one was really good.

I just thought it was a bit too much fake out, there were like 3 of them. It was probably the most depressing ending though, the likable character dies...

As for 303, I just finished it! And the other two episodes I wanted to watch...

303: Shut Up and Dance - This one is so creepy because I always cover my camera on my computer and people always make fun of me but I have a big paranoia about being watched. At first it was so heartbreaking! I felt so bad for the kid! I was iffy of Hector at first too. Then of course the twist kicks in. I should see this stuff coming by now. But it was really good. I went back and watched the beginning and he was talking to the little girl too, so creepy. But what did the black man do? They never said what he was getting punished for.

306: Hated in the Nation - This one was okay but not my favorite. Just the whole FBI thing is too similar to other shows, and the whole killer bees thing is a bit cheesey for my own taste. I’m not sure this episode deserved a full 90 minute episode. But it was still decent. Just a tad slow for my own taste.

304: San Junipero - I can see why people like it so much its a very cool premise that people wish they had. It was a confusing episode for me and I had to rewatch scenes multiple times to understand what was going on, but it was cool to watch play out. And obviously once you figure out wants going on it makes more sense. I think the whole 80’s vibe also adds to people’s enjoyment (and of course the lesbian love story ending happy). I don’t think I loved it as much as everyone else but I did really like it, it was really nice getting a happy episode and I hope we get more of those in the future. (Though in a way its sad that Kelly chose Yorkie over her husband and child in the “afterlife”…) I’d love for them to do another San Junipero episode with different people and a different outcome maybe, that would be fun. I have some good ideas for that haha.

I'm all done now! I'm loving the series, cant wait for season 4. And I'll def. have to rewatch some of these! The ones in particular I would like to rewatch: 101, 103, 202, 301, 302, 303, 304, and 305. Also 306 just because i didn't pay much attention to it lol. Season 3 was definitely my favorite. I can see why Netflix put it first.

This is my order:

302 playtest - it was just the most interesting for me to watch play out. but i love scary stuff
304 san junipero - loved the happy ending and 80s feel
103 history of you - character development and backstory was phenomenal. in general it was slower in parts but i just loved the main character and was invested into finding the truth
202 white bear - another scary one which i loved, i wanted to see what was going on. the twist was great.
301 nosedive - loved BDH in this, and it was laced with a bit of humor which i enjoyed. i liked the brightness too.
303 shut up and dance - compelling story, similar to white bear the ending makes em wonder
305 men against fire - loved the fighting, creepy and again fun to watch play out
201 be right back - this one was a bit sad for me but interesting concept and great acting
204 white christmas - great acting by john... interesting concepts
306 hated in the nation - this one dragged a bit for me but still a good SL, id be interested to watch it again
101 the nationial anthem - i think this was a good first episode because it was totally out there (minus the pig thing lol) but it it was compelling to watch play out and see what happened
102 15 million merits - a bit too futuristic for me and i didnt love the concept of it, or the porn stuff, but still interesting.
203 the waldo moment - most boring one for me. tbh i couldnt pay much attention but the parallel to the world now is interesting.
