It's only a show and not one of my favourites so i don't care about things like that. I just like characters who aren't boring.

One thing I love about this show is that I don't hate any of the characters. It's nice that I can sit through scenes without wanting to fastforward them, like I do on other shows.

I do, however, find Guy way more interesting when he's being evil.

I miss the Robin/Guy interaction almost as much as I miss evil-Guy. Not that I'm not loving Guy sharing the homoerotic vibes with the rest of the male cast, but there was always something special between him and Robin. "I'll think of you when I take her to the marriage bed." *sigh*

I agree completely! It's probably the only show I've ever watched that I enjoy all it's characters! Veronica Mars is not far behind though.

True. I loved Robin/Guy scenes in s1. One of my fav episodes is Tattoo, what tattoo? So many great R/G scenes in that ep!

But I absolutely loved that we got a Robin/Much scene in the last ep, a Little John/Marian one and Allan/Marian!

I hope it continues.

I'm pretty sure this is the first time that I've been here so I'm just going to dive in.

I've really enjoyed both seasons. Allan looks good in black. I don't want him to stay there in the castle but...I wouldn't mind him keeping the black.

Guy...is really starting to annoy and creep me out. That whole create new life thing, ew. And when he asked Marian to come home, then she threw back that he burned her house down he was all like "Pfft, why do you always have to bring up the past?" Like is he serious or just that delusional. I would rather him be straight out evil. I lost any thought of him being redeemable in any way when he left his kid in the woods to be trampled on.

I like Robin/Marion this season. My little shipper heart squees. I also think Will needs to eat more. I never thought I'd say this about a guy but he looks a bit anorexic.

Finally, Lucy better not leave. Because that would seriously suck. I'm still not over Billie Piper leaving Doctor Who. In my opinion, actors should not be able to leave a series without my personal permission. Because it just mucks everything up most of the time.

When I watched series 1 I did it in one "go", having bought the DVDs. So it's a little hard comparing that series, which is a self-contained story with a beginning and an end, to this one, which isn't finished yet. I think when the last ep of this series has aired, and the picture is complete, so to speak, it'll be a lot easier to judge the quality of this series compared to series 1, and until then I'm just enjoying the pretty, which includes Allan in black.

He's just so obsessed and clingy, it's getting squicky.

Wow, I didn't know that this thread existed also.

But then again, I haven't posted on the television board in a long time so it's no wonder I didn't find this thread any sooner.

Major fan of Robin Hood here.

In fact, I started a Robin Hood Campaign Thread because Robin Hood will be in the voting poll in December so if you guys would like to get a board for this show, don't forget to cast your vote when the polls open on December 1st.

As far as a 3rd series is concerned, there will definitely be one but it is the last one Jonas Armstrong will do.

I might've been the one that said it in here, but it's what I heard. I did say don't take my word for it, too.

Well if there's going to be only one more season (This isn't Doctor Who, you can't just have a new Robin Hood, even with that whole "we are all Robin Hood speech) and Jonas Armstrong is really going to leave after the third season, then I think everyone is likely to come back in that last season. Otherwise it would be a bit rude don't you think?
