I saw them at Comic Con for the Americans panel and Keri was so shy. She hardy answered questions, but she still seemed sweet. Matthew was hilarious. It was just odd because Keri would tell Matthew her answers sometimes and have him answer instead of her ...?

I just want this show to get more recognition! I just don't get it...especially Matthew. He is so insanely good in this role.

The S3 premiere was so good!

It was! Some random thoughts:
- Poor Annaliese.
- I actually liked how the Russian on Elizabeth's tape weren't translated... gave her reaction even more of a punch then.
- Elizabeth socking Gaad in the face!
- I miss Nina.
- Martha's got a literal Chekhov's gun. Nothing could possibly go wrong...
- Martha and Phillip's Kama Sutra-sex looked really uncomfortable.
- That scene with the brownie was so cute, as was Phillip/Elizabeth cuddling by the sink.
- I loved the opening with Elizabeth throwing Paige out into the pool. Bit heavy on the symbolism, but it just about worked.
- I think they'll spend a bit longer than four seconds of Breznev's death in the next episode, lol.

It was a great premiere, Keri, in particular, was strong in it. We need more Phillip this week.

The body didn't really bother me. What bothers me is this choice regarding Paige's future. I can't believe that Elizabeth is for this. I get wanting to get closer to her daughter but putting her at risk in order to do it is just wrong.

I don't think Elizabeth wants her to do it so they can be closer. I think her getting closer to Paige is exactly what Phillip said it was - a way for Elizabeth to assess her. Her loyalty to her country is why I think Elizabeth wants Paige to do it. I don't really understand why she thinks Paige will want to though. She is an American who has been raised with no ties whatsoever to Russia.

I think revealing themselves to Paige in order to try to get her to work for the Centre will put Paige's life in danger. The Centre just cannot leave her alive if she says no. What I think will happen - or at least should - is for someone Paige's age to try to get her to betray her country (America) for Russia. Then they will know.

Of course, I think Paige already knows something. I just can't see her doing Henry's laundry out of the goodness of her heart. lol
