Homecoming is intriguing and I like the way it's filmed. I especially liked that each episode were about 30 minutes long.

Yep. Although which one is "Present" is kind of weird since the stuff at the institution is modern day and the flash forward is four years from now.

And yet I like that the "future" scenes have a very retro vibe.

I was coming to ask about Homecoming. I like Julia Roberts, but wondering if it is scary. I don't like scary. That's why I am holding off on watching Haunting Hill, but I want to see James Lafferty in it. lol

If it helps any, Haunting of Hill House wasn't that scary and I'd consider myself a wuss when it comes to that stuff.

Really? So it's like Stranger Things 'scary'? My friend who is hardcore with the horror stuff is encouraging me to watch it but only because she knows I'm a scaredy cat and will say no right away.

and yes, I must admit I thought the future was months in front, not years . So engrossed about the institution scenes I missed the future date
