It wouldn't make sense to cut it out, seeing as his role in finding them was pretty important in the finale, but you never know with this show

Hopefully we'll get more of his tech skills in relation to this.

His role could be over, though

He got them to Campbell's farm, but realistically they'd bring their own tech team in at this point. I can't see them involving him from now on.
