Probably the pool scene.. such an iconic moment I also really loved the moment when Stiles thinks Derek is going to die (season 4 finale) and Stiles actually struggles with leaving him

They do! Even something as simple as Stiles putting his hand on Derek's shoulder after Boyd died.
