 We didn't need another show that featured basketball, so lacrosse was a unique and more current twist. __________________

We don't have lacrosse here in Europe, but I like that they chosen this sport over basketball which was the sport that was played in the original film.

I haven't seen that many films that feature lacrosse, so it wasn't that big to me. I'm glad that it was used in this series instead of the obvious choices.

I remember that and I also saw lacrosse on a pilot episode of a other show from Ryan Murphy.

I think 90210 is the only other place I've seen it on television. Both my high school and college had lacrosse teams so I had seen a few games in person before
