I think I'd like it for Lydia to call him up one night. Shaky voice. And quietly tell him that Allison's dead and he'd be shocked and ask HOW?!?! Just getting some Lydia being emotional and still very raw and explaining it because she knows Jackson and Allison became friends before he left. She knows how difficult it is for Jackson to have friends. She knows how important Allison is to Jackson. And just tells him. But like she needed to talk to him because she saw Jackson die. He came back. But she held him when he died. And she wasn't there for Allison. She tried to save her best friend. And now she's gone. And her other best is in a different county. And maybe L/J just cry over Allison and Jackson comes back home for the funeral.

That would have been every heartbreaking to watch on screen. They should have done it. I swear all the real emotional moments are very limited. I hope someone writes it for you.
