He'll have Lydia, and Danny, but the werewolf stuff will probably stay hidden from him for a while. I think he'll find out though. I'm hoping Scott tries to help him and possibly Isaac.

Definitely see Lydia and Scott helping. Stiles and Derek will probably be made to help him. Not sure about Issac.

Any speculations on what the blue eyes mean?

I'm thinking now that he's rid of the Kanima, being reborn as a wolf the blue might mean pure.
I also think it has to do with his genes, but Jeff already said he wasn't a Hale.

Even if Jackson isn't a Hale, I think he could still be from a family of werewolves. Derek said that his family had some "normal" people in it, and I imagine that there are other families that are similar. They made a big deal that Jackson is adopted, so my guess is that his parents/family will play a bigger part than just his inner issues.

You don't just go on and on about Jackson being adopted for no reason and there also has to be a reason why he turned the Kanima right? You don't just get bitten and suddenly turn into a lizard after your body tries to fight because your gf is immune.

I've been thinking the same Jess.
I wonder if the Pack will figure it out, and try to take Jackson, or possibly try to kill him.
His pack will save him before they can do anything.
