Catherine is about 30 now (in Bridesmaid up she mentions she's almost 30). As for Vincent, they haven't mentioned his age. But a few of us on twitter/tumblr think he's about 5 years older than Cat because he had to have been in his mid 20s when he was in med school (based on the average age of a medical student) around the time 9/11 happen. (Catherine would of been 18 or 19 when the attack happened)

Its all hypothetical here. Writers are bad with little detail.

Oooh the timeline is very helpful. Do we know their ages at each life event?

Was Evan and Catherine ever actually romantically together?

I don't think we know much about their ages, except for Catherine saying in Bridesmaid Up she's almost 30.

As far as I know they shared one kiss at Catherine's birthday party and that was it.

Evan & Cat only shared a kiss

with how it was Evan's feelings for her, Catherine never shared them but think she did appreciate his friendship with how she in a degree did care for him too
