If i still cared about TVD I might of thought about trying to read some of the newer books but I gave up TVD with no desire to catch up. Im not one to give a show up or be a whiny biatch because I couple didn't go my way but with TVD it became ridiculous. I actually thought I could enjoy Damon/Elena but they made them worse together instead of good for each other. I dont ship or stand Toxic couples.

I am curious as to how it will work out without Nina now but I won't be able to just watch the last season while practically missing a season and half or more before that. Maybe one day. We will see.

If i have time I might look for the BATB books and at least give the first one a try. Ill see how it goes.

TVD has become ridiculous. I skipped the last 3 seasons.

Absolutely hate how they've degraded each character and made every friend/relationship a joke.

That's why I quit watching too.

They destroyed relationships and friendships just for the sake of other story lines. The characters were all asassinated. Which is why people's lie try and say they don't like season two of BATB. A lot of people feel like that's what they did to Vincnet. I don't really see that though. I feel like his story line season two is very plausible after what happened to him. In the end he also managed to find himself. And it was a good story telling arc complete from first episode to last. Season two reminds me a lot to f season 3 of vampire diaries. The last season I really liked.

I gave up in 4 sometime. Maybe that's why I didn't mind two so much. I just kept thinking that s still not has bad as TVD.

Hah almost.

There was a big jump in Vincent's character from S1 to S2. But I guess after TVD, the out of character-ness doesn't really bother me. And it served a purpose for the whole season rather than just a few episodes for the sake of allowing other characters to have their own story.
