Because its one thing for Cat to kiss Gabe because we already saw Gabe kind of changing a little
But it will be over the extreme of Tori and Vincent kissing because lets face it Tori character ( not the actress I feel for her though) its not well liked at all. __________________

Cat kissing Gabe was stupid, not only it lacked chemistry but it happened in the middle of a precinct. He's her boss and she's his subordinate.

I liked the episode, but I didn't like that Cat kissed Gabe at the end of the episode.
