Wow you have been around for a long time! I mostly lurked in those days.

I LOVED Cat's wedding toast. So much of it was about her and Vincent. I'm glad that she's going to take the risk with him, b/c like she told him before... he's worth it.

So glad KK is playing a character with a bit about her now. I loved her playing Lana Lang but she was always the damsel in distress or the victim. In a lot of ways Catherine is the kind of character I always wanted Lana to become.Catherine can hold her own and I love that.

I think that we do see a vulnerable side of Catherine but, we only see it when she's with Vincent and or it's caused by Vincent himself in some way generally speaking in my opinion. I think Kristin was probably attracted to the role of Catherine because Catherine isn't a damsel in distress, she clearly can take care of herself although she does have a vulnerable side. I would never describe Catherine as a damsel in distress though.

Agreed. Catherine is far from ever being a damsel in distress.

Catherine is definitely a tough, strong character but has moments of vulnerability that she shows to people she trusts, like Vincent. When she needs to be she'll kick a guy's ass but then she break down when the learns the truth about her Mom's involvement in Muirfield. Her character is well balanced in this regard.
