That's a good point. As much as Bass wants Connor to become a better person than Bass himself, at least I think so. I believe Bass won't be against Connor. He will keep telling what Connor wants to hear in order to keep him around.

I'm not sure about Miles influencing Connor though. Connor seems to connect Miles with the loss of his mother because Miles is the one that brought him to Mexico and separated him from his mother. At the same time, he seems to realize it only happened because they were trying to protect him from Bass. But I believe Connor has some issues with Miles. Not as deep as his issues with Bass anyway.

Yes, the gifs are great.

This scene is the proof that deep inside he's a good person. It's just the environment that turned him into a power hungry person. He really misses his mother.

Well, Bass finally told him the truth about Emma's death. I thought Connor's reaction was very genuine. The training and the fight was good for him to show and release all his anger towards Bass.

He was great so many choices he had to make.

I try to put myself in his place. He just got to know that his father had his mother killed. That's not easy. He's smiling at the end of the episode, but I believe this will be something hard to get over. At least, I hope so. He can't easily forgive Bass. I can see Connor questioning why he should be with Bass. Why he should be with this group of people. At the same time, Bass is his only family left. He has nowhere else to go. It's his father, so he will try to let go of his hate and build a relationship with Bass.
