^Season 2 was messed up, it just felt like characters that the writers didn't plan on being fully on board with the show were somehow forced on them - which left the episodes seeming forced.

Yeah, it feels like something was wrong with season 2, and they promoted Ruby to regular and barely used her. That was it for me. I also had other expectations for the show, something darker, but they went for the family show route and I was let down
 . I still want to catch up for Liz and Frozen, though. I've seen some sneak peeks and Georgina Haig was just born to play Elsa  .__________________

Well Season 3 was definitely more darker than Season 2 for me, Season 2 I just felt it dragged...but I do look forward to seeing what Liz's character has planned.

I heard about that Rumbelle scene and that they played the Disney theme song, but I just cannot get on board with Rumbelle. It's not Beauty and Rumpelstiltskin, why making two entirely different characters one? I don't like when they pull that kind of stuff and as much as I love Emile, she's just not Belle IMO. But they completely aced the casting of characters like Regina, Elsa, Ruby and Grumpy. I know they don't need to follow Disney canon, but it's the canon I grew up with and I wanna see it on the show .__________________

I do not get the Rumbelle thing either-personally, ick.
And, no, this isn't Beauty and the Beast. I don't even much like Emile, but ... I never bash people-if ya don't like somebody, then just don't talk about them. Thanks for the info! Looking forward to seeing Elizabeth on there! The more I watch Revolution, the more I like her! She's badass and one heck of an actress! |

Exactly. They failed to capture my vision of BaTB so I just don't accept the way they're portrayed on the show. But I would never judge those who like it. It's just me wanting to get it my way, but adaptations are bound to disappoint some.
