I think there's a good chance that Rachel's dad is a Patriot; Cynthia, too. Anybody in town with any authority or influence would be suspect.
It seems possible that Willoughby's leaders fell in with the Patriots in exchange for relative peace, prosperity and, if needed, protection.
The protection part became "necessary" when Titus' tribe started attacking townspeople - instigated by the Patriots themselves -
to justify martial law and which they continue to justify by bringing in Titus' dead "boys" two by two as proof the town is still at risk.

I'm look forward to discovering the Patriots' end game.

Charlie and Monroe's chemistry is off the hook! I love their scenes!

Can't believe the amount of chemistry these two have. Never really thought about them in season 1 but jeez I definitely noticed them this time around. I hope the writers realize they hit gold by having these two working together.

My favorite scene of them in the last episode was the last scene where after tying the patriot up, bass and charlie shared that look before he left and she took over the watch.

Hope we continue to have more scenes of them together..

I noticed Charlie and Monroe, well it was more on Monroe's part, in Season 1. He sort of had that impressed/turned on expression when she stood up to Strauser when he asked Rachel Which one of her children would she like him to shoot or kill. (I forgot the exact line)

I've come to this realization that if these two do happen...it will be sort of as a "in your face" or rebellion by Charlie to Rachel. Charlie seems to want to piss Rachel off and pay her back for leaving the family. What better way than this. They'll be trying to use each other and in the end catch feelings.

I really enjoyed them more than ever this week. I'm glad the whole killing Monroe part seems to be done for now, at least from Charlie's part. He does want to help her family so she's holding on to that, and I like that she's doing so.




It's funny how they're sharing stuff now .
