Same! If we're going to have a S6, the writers could work with something pre-island for Oliver. Then we could see more flashbacks with Tommy, Laurel, Sara, Moira, etc.

I miss him so much.

In some ways I'm glad they killed him because my worry early on was they would go typical superhero trop where the best friend ends up becoming the villain al la Superman and Lex Luthor and Peter parker and oh whats his friends name... its escaping me. Anyway you know what i mean.

I was worried they'd have Oliver killer merlyn because of his his dads death and the undertaking and then tommy would take the role of dark archer to avenge his father. So I'm glad that route was never taken.

I agree Crystal. With Merlyn being a villain, if Tommy was still alive, I would be afraid of him turning into a villain. I like to think that wouldn't have happened.
