I do think that down the line they'll get back together. I think right now they're both going to go down their own journey.

It was a bit fast but they managed very well their problems as a couple. It's pretty obvious Thea was tired of seeing Roy being in danger a couple of times, so she decided to leave to another place.
We didn't see anything of this cute couple in the premiere episode, but Roy remained silent when Oliver talked about her.

I liked the last scene of the episode Sara when Roy looks at a picture of his phone where he's with her. He doesn't talk about it but he really misses Thea.

I miss these two so much I think their relationship was very well written, but by now I don't know what is going to happen... Thea isn't the girl who broke up with Roy, she's a fighter now, maybe she will have another perspective about what Roy does.
I wish sometime Roy rescues her as the Arsenal while she doesn't know who the Arsenal is,
