I think the look on her face in that scene was because Felicity was still amazed at how far Oliver has come. He went from Mr Broody McBroodeson who pushed her away and was just going to die alone in a basement in season 3 to being a warm and affectionate pile of goo around her who can't stop telling anyone who will listen how happy is. I think it still took her by suprise sometimes how much he'd grown and opened his heart. I can't wait until they are back to being like that.

He really has. He's still got so,e more stuff to learn and more growing to do but he's come so far from where he started the series and even from season 3. That's one if the things I love about him and Felicity,mhey are always growing.

The reason that Oliver loves Felicity is because Felicity has allowed him to get in touch with pieces of his personality and his character that he thought were long gone. And, even better, new pieces that he never knew were there. So she makes him a better person- and thus, he loves her. Stephen full quote about why Oliver loves Felicity.
