I kind of felt like the whole triangle of doom did do a lot of damage to Stefan/Damon. I mean they are over it now but at one point it was ruining their relationship and I did not like that. I liked their brother relationship and that part of why I dislike Delena because of the time period where it was messing with that dynamic. Also it was toxic and horrible and ruined Elena. But Klaroline was worse. I'm so disgusted by that ship. I love Caroline too (also wasn't a fan of her pre vampire actually, becoming a vampire worked out the best for her, but it was a disaster for Elena) and Klaroline destroyed her. She's more like the Caroline I love now but that show is just ruined for me and so many characters I love are gone. Steroline is okay, definitely not the worst thing to come out of that show but doesn't really interest me either. Nothing about that show interests me anymore.

Michael Trevino left the show too. Although he did come back briefly on an episode recently. I never liked Forwood but that was mostly because I wasn't a fan of Tyler before or after he and Caroline got together. I like Carloline with Matt better. I don't know why I just was never a fan of Tyler?

Aww I love Tyler. He was not the best guy at first admittedly. But once they got into his werewolf arc and he got closer to Caroline he became one of my faves. Love Michael too.

I still can't believe they destroyed Forwood for Klaroline of all things. And then to top it of they turned Thler human again. Meaning he'd very likely have to suffer through becoming a werewolf again. And without the benefits being a hybrid gave him. Michael was phenomenal in his original becoming a werewolf arc and he got suffer less and be special as a hybrid and they just erased all of that. And ruined him and Caroline as even driends basically. Such a waste. The writers have treated Tyler so crappily for awhile now. I'm actually kind of glad Michael left. He deserves to play characters who are respected.
