So I watched Heir to the Demon last night. First, bravo to Stephen and Emily for top notch performances. I thought they were at their absolute best in this episode. Second, their scenes together were just so touching yet bittersweet too. They're totally getting closer and closer. Oliver choosing to believe Felicity over Moira is such a huge step in further cementing their trust in one another. Third, I know Oliver and Sarah ended up sleeping together. I get why it happened. They were both emotional and vulnerable. They needed someone at that time and they found it in each other. I'm not sure that they're gonna start a relationship because they both have a lot of issues going on. I think, and I hope, it was just a one time thing. Lastly, I hope that Felicity will understand why Oliver slept with Sarah and they can get past that.

I couldn't watch the episode earlier so I was a bit confused by the online reaction.
I won't believe it 100% until I see it, but I'm pretty positive about Olicity endgame.

I LOVE how Oliver transforms when he's around Felicity. He's very perceptive and caring about her. His voice, his looks are different. She is becoming someone he could care about, and she is definitely not only her partner anymore! With Felicity, Oliver shows he can be a good man.
Their exchange during Moira's rally was a great Olicity moment.
Did Felicity pick up the wrong moment to say the truth? I don't think so. She is as loyal and honest as possible, and I guess she couldn't keep it any longer when she saw this Queen family moment and the shadow of that secret on it. Oliver kept it cool during the rally, he just knows how many shades Moira is made of. After all the things his mother (a great character overall) has done, he could have had a much stronger reaction. I also believe that he ain't a hypocrite, his own secret has a different foundation in the end.
I wasn't bothered by Sara and Oliver's hook-up. I sort of saw it coming and I understand it. They are both damaged people, they got out of the island but the island hasn't gotten out of them yet. And I think Sara, with the LOA, is still in a worse place. They had a rough day, involving their families and their past, and being two physical people it was quite natural. In the end they are not betraying anyone. And it's not making me think "less" of them.
Of course I'd rather not have seen this scene, but I get it. It was also significant to me that they cut it a certain point.
