I came across this summation a couple weeks ago — most of the "Best of 2013" lists that the media put together. If you notice, just under a third of that list is "Best couple of 2013". Food for thought, that is THAT much more FREE media coverage that the network doesn't have to fork out money for advertising = fluffy bottom line = happy execs = milking this all the more. And they aren't even a "couple" yet that is romantically linked. If they play their cards right, they can really do some brilliant stuff here.

I used to work in for a nonprofit, so free media always gets my attention — What can we do to not have to pay for advertising
