It is super huge that he put her above his vow to no kill again, he's only killed for her (and I guess you could say he killed for Thea too kind of (RAG) ) since the vow. And it was one death he never regretted because it meant she's alive. I hate that he had to break the vow, but it's huge that it was for Felicity. Huge!
