I don't think I've ever seen Batman Returns. Sounds interesting though. That was another director although thats on netflicks to if you want to check it out. Tim Burton directed Batman- with Jack Nicholson as the Joker- and Batman Returns the sequel with Danny Devito as The Penguin. TBH I thought Micheal Keaton was a pretty good Batman although I still infinitely prefer Chris Nolan/Christian Bales take on the character
I didn't mind Batman and Robin if you don't take it too seriously but it was a little OTT
But you have to watch those films for fun and not be serious about it.
Interestingly enough the Tim Burton Batman films were the inspiration behind the Batman:Animated series which I LOVE
