Yeah I was. And Oliver had his very first special Felicity smile on that scene! Plus that tiny moment of just chatting and smiling made the show runners fall in love with EBR and Felicity and see the insane chemistry EBR and SA have. Huge, huge moment all the way around

It could've been mentioned in a panel or interview like how SA decide to remove EBR'S glasses. But there are so many now, it would be impossible to find a reference like that. Someone should ask MG on Tumblr or Twitter, he usually answers questions like that.
