Shouldn't we use the first part first then? It it such a good quote. I really thought it would make Oliver tell her the truth right then. It was like the perfect opportunity for it. So annoyed that he didn't just tell her. I feel like it doesn't make sense he didn't just tell her. Baby mama would never know and he trusts Felicity more than anybody ever in his life. Stupid storyline that makes no sense.
