I think she was flirting with him, maybe she forgives him for cheating on her with her sister/her sister being killed while she is with him in that scene.
But I think Oliver rejects her. She may or may not do something stupid after that scene. __________________

I don't think she looks flirty, it moreso looks like they've a moment and she's smiling, sort of blushing and then things start to go well before he tells her to stay away.

 , but not a romance invitation. No to that right now. Oliver may just be basically saying things in advance knowing were it could lead, he just sort of jumped to conclusions. It seems like he is basically cutting all kinds of relationships and contact with her. I see laurel totally fuming over this, to take a difficult leap to forgive someone and and they shut you down completely,thats supposed to be your move, not theirs .Quote:

If he does cut ties of a relationship (romantic or otherwise) with her in the pilot, wonder how well that is going to work for him.
