To me, it wasn't "Oliver centric". It was more focused on Ray/Felicity (and maybe, I could just talk about Ray) and Cupid. It's not a big deal, she was absent on other episodes before.

I have the idea that now Laurel and Oliver are a little distanced after the last episode. He was angry because she was training with Ted, and she's more focused on it now.

Exactly and he's being a jerk to both women. He can't even see it and no one's calling him out on it,either. Atm,she isn't as important or he'd be nicer to her. He has no right to be angry and she doesn't have to meet his image of who she is.

Not enough to call him "jerk", I mean, I can understand why he was acting like that. He hasn't approved her training and her desire to do the same than her sister...
But Laurel will do an amazing perfomance as the Black Canary, and after seeing that, Oliver will accept it

I don't think it's a spoiler, actually no one said when she's going to start fighting as the Black Canary
But for sure, it'd be better to be careful about talking of the next episodes. Even the characters that are going to be on those episodes and the ones who won't.

The more I see of Laurel, I more I like her. She is fabulous. If Oliver won't train her why not have her go to Nyssa who we know is a great fighter? I have read some Laurel/Nyssa fanfictions which were pretty good. I guess some fans like their interaction as I do. I thought about doing a Laurel/Nyssa thread.

Neither do I-They had a nasty fight. I mean,they both got upset with Oliver for sparing Malcolm,but it doesn't mean they're okay. Nyssa will respect Oliver before she respects Laurel. Ted is perfect for her and she needs a strong man to support her. Ever since Tommy died,she's lost herself.

From what I saw they left on good terms. I could go with Laurel and Nyssa being friendly. If not lovers then maybe trainer/trainee.


It would be a conflict for Laurel. She is an ADA being trained by an assasin.


Anyway, I love seeing Katie as Laurel.

I can't imagine Nyssa and Laurel in a relationship, I'm not sure Nyssa will love her the same way she did with Sara. But I hope they start to be friends or both of them try to find Sara's murderer.
