It really is about time! I was so upset when they didn't bring her back on Supernatural She was the best Ruby!!

I never got that either! I was mad when I found that out.. I'm like really? You replace Katie with HER!? That's why I never liked that Ruby and glad that she turned out evil and killed her off

I thought she was only meant to be in the one season according to her contract, they wrote her out, & intended it to change. I didn't mind either Ruby, & can see why the change was made, but wish Katie did it the whole time.

I think they only got the idea of Ruby coming back later.. Since they let Ruby's body aka Katie die..

But Jim Beaver (Bobby) wasn't in either show much while Katie was more of a main character in HI so that may have made it harder for her to do both . Still wish she could have though . But on the other hand, this way we have a good Ruby (Katie) & an evil/bad one (Genevieve)

That could have been it too. I know they kept it hidden, & at first you didn't actually know it was Ruby. I just remember something about Katie just having a contract for the one season...
