The Devil's Greatest Trick
Cayden James (guest star Michael Emerson) discovers a secret about the Green Arrow (Stephen Amell) that pushes him over the edge. Knowing everyone and everything he loves is in danger, Oliver must decide if he can do this alone or if he needs to turn to his old teammates for help. William (guest star Jack Moore) starts to demand more of Oliver’s time.

Yep Winter Olympics. It won’t be live coverage but NBC will air all the major events from around 8-11EST.

I’m pretty sure openning ceremonies are Friday

Well, Arrow and Flash ratings would have a bad time during those two weeks.

Primal Slayer

This episode was fast and furious as hell but I ended up really enjoying it.

I think the worst part was probably having to shoe-horn William into the plot for no good reason. I already forgot but did we not get a reaction from Felicity and co. to William missing?

Black Siren was just on.point. tonight! She brought some grade A. snark and bitchiness and it was giving me life! Everything about her was just greatness. If they do ever redeem her, don't have her lose this snark. KC gives great attitude and sarcasm. At Sirens core, I think she really does hate herself and is very afraid of dying which is why she does and sides with anyone of power. I hated that she and Cayden turned on each other so quickly since I think they could've been fleshed out more as a team but its Arrow, they don't like to do that kind of stuff. I love that she just doesnt like to waste time so Cayen wants a killer? I'm your killer! Her collar goes off? blasts everyone and just calmly walks away. I really would love it for her to meet Darhk because I feel like she is pissed that Laurel got herself killed but also pissed that this guy killed her doppelganger off.

Dinah was RUTHLESS tonight. She was truly out for blood and anyone who stood in her way was just collateral damage. If I didnt know any better, Id think that she was headed down the dark road as well!

This was definitely one of my favorite episodes of the season.

The Quentin,Laurel and Dinsh stuff was great. Emotional in all the right places plus made it clear that Quentin knows he's not her daughter and that she's done bad things but he still believes she can be redeemed and that no one deserves death.

I love Juliana. However, she needs to take some lessons from Stephen on the angry tough voice. It doesn't do it for me. She needs to try a little less. My only real criticism of the episode.


They have to be setting William on the hero path. Man he did some so stupid most people probably rolled there eyes but honestly I completely see that as something a lot of kids, especially those who have experienced loss already that William as would have done. He sort of reminded me of season one Roy always sticking his knows in Olivers business and don't something stupid. It worked for me. Obviously the writers wanted William to be there to exploit the emotions of Cayden over his son.


I knew eventually Diaz would come out to play. I like the idea that he was making moves along with Caydens moves to suit his agenda. He was a part of making Olivers indictment happen. I do wonder where Agent Watson fits into all this?

I also like that we get a tie in back to why Pikes death had to happen. I was sad Pikes death seemed like a throw away death but now we see it was needed to me someone I to place that was on Diazs payroll.

I feel like fans of the show have either just started watching or are very empathetic. Season 1 most of these tricks would have had me but this season resembles so many other seasons. We know he is arrow is going to "save the city" and eventually the other team will fail or rejoin.

These writers holding us on the hook for this many episodes makes no sense. Doppelganger's are not your children. Writers choice based on fan's dislike. I get it in the comic she had a power in the show she had a device. So they have to fix it but man fix it faster please! Also if felicity dies laurel better up her computer game. His son showing up at the zero hour was so last season game of thrones it was ridiculous. I had to ask WOW how did he raven his way there, like I didn't notice the camera shot of him hearing the location (Oliver voice ftw). Just let him train his son already. It's so zen, learn to fight so your not afraid of of fighting. It's a very "arrow" philosophy. finally man ... Yo hos this doesn't change a thing! ... like selling your fam out to save my own ... we know. Do we have to here "nothing has changed" every episode? we will literally see it change

After all of that GREAT EPISODE!! I figured out the first red hearing but man the bad guy caught me off guard!! Did you catch the second red hearing? Almost got me but I love her and refused to believe she is bad(even though she still could be....)! I know a lot of complaining from me, but a lot of questions got answered, bad guys are off the board and someone grabbed a queen without us seeing it happen (see what I did?). One of the best episodes this season. Still on the hook to see if Oliver can figure it out, will he avenge that guys kid, and how does will he feel about someone murdering a man's son and then his father? Will he break his own rule? They opened a lot of doors and one thing arrow does is close them.

I forgot to mention. I think Alena is in on it. Dragon needed someone with computer skills. She was real worried about the team handed the 3 back over to Cayden. That girl is shady as it comes. I think after Cayden shot her she went and found a new player organization and got hooked with Dragon. She has to be in this stroyline for some other reason. Felicity is getting played.

So a week ago I was all about Dinah, but last episode got me rooting for Laurel? What the hell is wrong with me!

Anyway... that stupid kid needs to go... ASAP

I was rooting for Laurel this week as well simply because Dinah was so irrational. The rage was fun but going after Laurel no matter what even when bigger things was a stake was just stupid.

And Sorry I like the Willliam stuff. I like the dynamic with Oliver and what it brings to his character. Besides I understood Williams stupid actions more this epsiode then Dinah’s blind rage.

I don't like William at all. I was hoping Adrian was telling the truth when he said that the kid was dead. They should have kept that character away in the first place and not bring it back

Everyone has there opinions. So I’ll respect it. Plus I know a lot of people don’t like kids innstorylines. Never bringing it back up after the flashback in early s3 where we learn Moira tried to pay off Samantha would have drove me crazy though if it was left and never dealt with. I will admit I was on team of don’t bring the kid up until final season. I was worried going into this year for that reason but it’s been much better than expected for me. I like The growth he brings to Oliver’s character. I also love having someone besides just Felicity to be a grouding factor for Oliver. It works for me I can respect it not working for others.
