Yea I recently [last year] re-watched 1st season for about a year now been saying need to re-watch 2nd season

The first time Oliver truly killed someone was to save her. I always loved,that.

Yes it was Fryers.

I think he accidentally killed someone one before when they fell down and I think the guy it his head on a rock. This was the first time he truly killed though.

It was right after the stop the plane from being shot down. Then Oliver realizes Shado wasnt with Slade. Fyers had her instead.

Yes you are right about one of Fryer's soldiers being accidental killed by Oliver from falling down a cliff or something

Slade didn't start off crazy and it was the whatever Ivan got related to when Oliver|Shado injected Slade with it. So that made Slade PLUS Shado's death
