I read she is recurring too, same thing said of China white and Joanna as well.
Felicity and Joanna looks like the almost every episode recurring kind of characters just in a small capacity maybe , whilst China may recur once in a while this season. |

maybe. But I think it also depends how canon China's storyline is to the comics.
But there needs to be a few reoccurring characters. Even though at the moment it seems to be all girls. __________________

they did cast one male reoccuring character, but I dont think they released the name yet.
anyway I do wonder if we'll see more of Felecity's have a story arc. __________________

they havent released the character's name. I think. But they casted Bryron Mann.
