Possible hint from Arrow?
I don't know if anyone saw it, but tonight CW Network tweeted (& Andrew Kreisberg retweeted) "West Coast, celebrate the new year with the birth of Black Canary on #Arrow, starting NOW". This was referring to the rerun of League of Assassins. The tweet could have just said Canary. I don't know if this is significant or not, but I hope so!

Even DC refers to Caity as playing the Black Canary.
It's been snowing here since Tuesday, so I've been in my pj's re-watching season 2 of Arrow. The League of Assassins ep is now my favorite, all the action, the tears, the heartache. It was like watching a mini movie. Stephen, Caity and Paul were amazing. Sara's the only other character that got her own flashback, that's pretty major for a supposed deathwatch character. Yeah, I need to rewatch, I still list Broken Dolls as #1 and League of Assassins as #2.
They've been referring to Sara as The Black Canary since SDCC. |

Broken Dolls has my favorite Canary entrance scene, Sara's too cool for doors.
 The Crucible has my favorite fight scene with Arrow and Canary. I would love to see more weapons switching between them or Canary shooting some arrows along side him. I also liked Felicity fangirling over Canary. I really want those two to become good friends. They both could use one. |

I absolutely loved the weapon switching in Crucible, such a great scene, set them up as equals in the fight.

And with this shows budget cuts where they said they were hiring actors with stunt training. It would make sense to keep Caity Lotz who trained as a stunt woman in her role as Black Canary.

I think it would be kind of cool if the Arrow writers would write Caity's dance talent into the show and reveal Sara to be a talented dancer. It would be very easy to do. They wouldn't even have to build a new set for it considering that Oliver already owns a night club.

They could do a flashback of her dancing at a club that Oliver was at and that's what drew Oliver to her.
