I mean, I've seen on several websites that everyone's calling "Black Canary" just to Laurel, and there are not references to Sara.

Probably because it's really not much to discuss with Sara right now. After she died, I heard a lot of mentions of her and how some people were upset because they liked Sara more... oh and let's be honest, most of us knew Laurel would eventually become Black Canary. I think Sara is "The Canary" and Laurel will be "Black Canary".

Good point. Sara may be "The Canary" and Laurel "Black Canary" . But, to be honest, I started watching this show without the knowledge of Laurel being the original BC, so I always saw Sara as the real one, and Caity performed her so well, that people like me would have thought the same and would have fell in love with her, too.

Is someone hoping to see flashbacks of her for this season?

I am-I miss her. I should have known since she didn't call herself BC,but she just seemed like a natural. I was so confused that they invented an OC,but then I remembered that BC went by Carolyn in Birds of Prey.

This is the moment when my memory is not working. Didn't Laurel call Sara "Black Canary" on 2x23?

Nope, she said "That's the Canary" I remember that scene very well, it was after Sara rescued a young girl from the fire.
Before that Sara referred to herself as 'Ta-er Sah-fer.' and Laurel wanted to know what it meant, and that's when Sara told her it stood for "The Canary" and Laurel told her that she's known by such a beautiful name.

Maybe I thought it was "Black Canary" because of the subtitles, they could have changed it and translated it to "Black Canary" instead of "The Canary" because they knew BC was a heroine.

So it's true, maybe Sara is only considered as "The Canary". I don't think Laurel will consider herself BC but "The Canary", and then someone will call her BC sometime.
