Well I took some "Gravol" this morning and pretty much slept 10 hours
 I was using Melatoin but that wasn't working. So really hope 1 of the doctors tomorrow can take me serious and help me. Got an appointment tomorrow first thing at the hospital than my actually family doctor at 2pm__________________

Well hospital doctor gave me something to go along with my current medication that should counter the insomnia and fix sleeping

Well is easy to have insomnia when you don't have to do something in the morning. Perhaps you can read some books or watch TV early... it used to work for me. Or doing some exercise during the day, like going for a walk. But I guess that, perhaps, your insomnia is related to the depression you talked some time before.
Hope the medication works for you! Today in english classes we talked about sleeping patterns, good moment to put that in practice  __________________

That's irony
sleep patterns in schoolProbably affiliated to the anxiety|depression with how I did have it previous to all this but not a lot or this severe So thinking possible side effect of the dosage level of the antidepressant and being thrown off to never recovering a normal sleep pattern So slept 12 hours last night and hope to continue to get it under control __________________

Well I hope what they are giving you works now and you get your sleep pattern under control.
 my new bathing suit came. Now i want to go to the pool. I'll probably wait till Monday though. Kids will be in school so it won't be busy. Reading a book on the lounge chair sounds fantastic. __________________

Perhaps your insomnia was a consequence of the antidepressants. But well, I hope you can rest well Sarah

No no no. No kids yet. Eventually. We kept waiting cause we weren't sure if we were gonna move back.. Then this job opportunity came up and we did it fast. Granted are only available living option was a one bedroom apartment. I wanted at least two. So if we have kids we will,have to move again.
I don't want to move again till we buy a house so... Yea we will see. I just meant all the kids from the complex will be back at school so the pool will be dang near empty. __________________

Your reaction is PRICELESS  cause mine would have been the same - "You've got kids, why didn't you tell me LOVER? Well  had that sleep 24 out of 48 hours when first started the "new meds" cause probably needed it - haven't had a full nights since than but I am getting some during the night - granted meds can take time to work so going with it where at least not 24 hours without sleep  like before__________________

Grr... Ive been messing with my computer for like 2 hours now. It keeps making me angry. I was trying to switch all my photo bucket stuff to Imgur so i can fix some of the OPs but my computer is being dumb and keeps freezing. I updated some crap and it still didn't help. i want to smack it to pieces right now. Okay annoyed rant over.
