I lack sleep on weekdays because i go to school. no matter what time I sleep..i'll be tired.

Went for a walk today. It had been a while since I had done that. I'm a bit sore, but it was nice to get outside for a change.

I know how you feel Adie. I have sleeplessness every night, so that's why I study all night, and then I wake up at 11 a.m. every day, because if I wake up at 9 a.m., I'd be sleeping 5 hours. Hopefully, sometimes I sleep early on the night. But if I don't, I'm sleepy all the day. Some days are worse than others and I sleep more than what I should, and then I have a headache. I would like to be like my friends because they don't have any problems to sleep.

A walk is always pleasant. Sometimes when I feel really bad and I need that I have to take a breath of my life, I go for a walk to a square where I can relax.

Walk sounds good except for the cool breeze.

Luckily, go for a walk here wouldn't be a problem because we are on spring right now , but sometimes rainy days are the problem.

I'm starting to sleep earlier than what I was sleeping last week. Hope this habit remains for me at least for the next 4 weeks.

bed sounds so good especially since my room is the coldest. being in the warm bed with pillow. ohhhhhh.

I agree! On the morning I laid on my parents' bed, because it's so comfortable that it makes you sleep in less than 10 minutes

I don't know Maybe because my bed isn't a queen size bed and the one of my parents is, so then it'd be more comfortable
