we could just do an initial count from yesterday, and start weekly count next week, or something, or just start the count next week, and do it every week or every other week after that

August 1st was on Wednesday for me too, it just was already the second by the time the board opened/the MST's were assigned
  . That's what I was going by. Really the count is done when someone does it, the mods can decide when that is, & sometimes the day changes if you forget. But yes often it does end up being done at the start of the week as that's when it's easier to remember to do it. I used to do it on Tuesdays for a board I modded.__________________

How about we start tomorrow.. and then go on and one or two are doing the weekly count...
At PP we have the weekly count in the OP.. and change in then.. with a + or - in () to see if we weree better or worse as the week before.. because I think it's too much to put the weekly count into the OP  __________________

I think just go with a two week initial count, then record a weekly count from then on. Then whoever ends up as a mod can decide what they want to do with the counts collected. __________________
