I have found this new interview with Lexa. She talks about Talia, her relationship with Oliver and the process of filming for the show, but she doesn't reveal any major spoilers, so it's a safe read for spoiler-conscious people:

Thanks for the interview!
I like her, I can't wait to see her talking with Oliver in the next episode. I also wonder if she will help him to defeat Prometheus or will advice him about it. __________________

I kind of suspected that Talia would be in-cahoots with Prometheus, but I like it. Anything that is bound to give us more of Talia in both timelines is welcomed by me.

I was very disappointed that Talia didn't appear at all in last week's flashback-heavy episode. Lexa continues to work wonders with the material she is given, but she has been horribly underutilized compared to some of the other big recurring roles we have seen in previous seasons (e.g. Slade, Shado, Nyssa, Maseo, Katanna, etc.).

I agree. I expected to see her again. She could have made an apperance in flashbacks or present time, or both. Oliver has to end on Lian Yu, perhaps she helped him to go there after leaving Russia.
