yeah I can understand you being sick of hot temps like. that all the time. we get that in the summer and that is just a few months I wouldn't want that all year round.
well I didnt have a migraine last night, but im still not sleeping very well. I meant to call the doctor today but totally forgot. im going to try to reach her tomorrow. I need something else to try to help with my migraines. since ive had so many this past week.  __________________

I called the doctor about my migraines she put me on something else again. but she cant help with sleep. I will have to call a different doctor about that. I will have to find one first. I didnt like the one I saw last time.

^ That's good. I can't imagine how much a migraine hurts. I've only ever had headaches, which are only mildly annoying for me. I usually tale a Tylenol Extra Strength and I'm all better after an hour.

I had another terrible migraine today. yeah Tylenol doenst do anything for me. excendrin extra strength migraine was the only OTC med that helped some but they stopped caring that for some unknown reason

Whenever is too hot (and here we get temperatures around 35-40C regularly) I get lazy and just don't feel like doing anything because of the heat
