It's been a while since I've heard someone say that they didn't care for Mikael. I thought the antagonist, hostile bond between Klaus and Mikael made for an interesting storyline/dynamic that I enjoyed watching ...but I didn't find Klaus' bond with Esther quite so intriguing.

Are there any moments between them on either The Vampire Diaries or The Originals that you really liked?

I really really liked wheh Klaus learnt the truth about Rebekah's involvement of bringing Mikael to town

Those two episodes were when she was seeing what happened and than he lived it though her cause of witch getting her revenge of Rebekah

The two of them luckily stuck with Elijah in the cemetry so intense and crazy but at the same time exciting

Loved at the end of it he allowed her exile instead of taking her life or dragger or whatever THAN giving Hope to her - allowing her to have the normal!human life that she wanted, only thing she truly wanted

^ Episodes 114 (where Klaus found out what Rebekah did), 115 (where Klaus told the story of their escape from New Orleans) and 116 (where Klaus, Rebekah and Elijah were trapped in the cemetary) were so angsty. The ending though was my favorite part. They went through Klaus' trial of Rebekah and in the end, he let her go off on her own. I really didn't expect him to do that, but he did. And the fact that he trusted Rebekah with Hope's life was so beautiful. Not only was it the perfect solution to their problem, but it gave Rebekah the family that she had always wanted. Klaus gave that to her.

That's what got me too after the intense trial he allowed her exicle and than gave her Hope

Yea that arc was so angsty and intense but loved it

^ I really loved that Klaus realized that he did play a part in Rebekah's actions. After the thousandth time Klaus controlled and manipulated her, she got fed up and it led her to snap and try to be rid of him.

Me too! I love angst, and that arc was hella-angsty.

^ Bless Elijah for being there to keep Rebekah safe and to keep Klaus in check. I shudder to think what would have happened if it had only been Klaus and Rebekah stuck in the cemetary for 24 hours.

I liked that episode. The three of them being stuck together, forced them to face a few things.

^ I liked that too. They didn't have a choice. They were trapped together, so they were either going to hash it out or they were going to hurt or kill each other . Personally, I'm glad that they went with option #1.
