^ It's the only word I could come up with to properly capture Kol being Kol.

I really loved that Klaus and Kol has conflicting interests during the race for the cure. Klaus was willing to raise Silas to get the cure, and Kol was bound and determined not to let that happen.

It was interesting related to Kol's side it showed a bit of his witchy side, can't remember if we got notice of his witch allies or even as a vampire within witch circles

^ I think so too. I don't recall any mentions of Kol's interest in witchcraft though. The way I remember it, he just really appreciated witches. His part in the race for the cure storyline was great. Everyone, including Klaus, was willing to do just about anything to get the cure, but Kol was the only one who knew that the acquiring the cure would bring hell and chaos on Earth...and he was right.

I don't really plan to ever fully re-watch TVD. Now with The Originals, I actually might.

I'm doing a re-watch right now. I'm just not sure if I'm up for another one. I'm going to finish this re-watch and then I'll see how I feel about it.
