That´s a thing so that you can use a IP-adress for the USA, because they don´t count votes from Europe or in general outside of the US even if they tell you that your voted is counted.
At least that´s what I got from reading the rules before I signed in.

I was wondering myself because I signed in and saw the rules that I couldn´t vote outside of the USA but it worked after I tried it the first time and then I saw a post on tumblr in which it was explained and the person also said, that the site will tell you your vote is counted but in the end it isn´t because they know your IP isn´t from the US.

Well I guess it makes sense that non US citizens can't vote. But why make it look like it's actually working?

Hopefully he'll win anyway. I really think he has a good chance.

That´s true, I don´t know

I think he will win, because last year he had all those Bieber fans against him, this year I only see Regina Mills/Lana Parrilla as a threat because she is awesome but I think Klaus/Joseph has a bigger following.

That's so stupid tbh. Why make people go though the trouble of voting when it doesn't even count. Well I guess I can stop voting then. Hope he wins either way.
