I love that! They knew how viewers were hoping for a Kol/Bonnie pairing, and they were intrigued by the idea. That pairing is one of my favorite pairings...that never was.


It was in the back of my mind. Klaus plus witches equals love connection. I guess TPTB didn't want to go the obvious route of pairing him with a witch (i.e. Bonnie).

I know. I wonder if Joseph still watches fanvideos?

Yeah Kol/Bonnie one was really huge. Of course it didn't happen because of the showrunners dislike for Bonnie.

In a way, I guess it's gotta be good for Klaus & Carolne fans because if Klaus + Bonnie happened, I feel there is NO WAY that Klaus/Caroline would've happened.

I can't get into TPTB's heads to figure out why they didn't at least tease a possible love connection between them. Even if TPTB hadn't planned on following through with it, I would have found it very compelling to see what their dynamic would have been like.

I think so too. Even thought I've heard quite a lot of viewers saying that they crack-shipped Klaroline before Our Town, it took me a while to see their potential. I didn't start shipping them until it was already a possibility in Dangerous Liaisons. TPTB seemed to put more of an effort into teasing Klaroline than Klonnie.

Even though I'm not 100 percent sure if you're talking about Klaus/Bonnie or Kol/Bonnie, I want to say that I agree with you. A relationship, even if it was a short term thing, with either pairing would have made me happy.

Klaus|Bonnie but either cause Kol from where I am in 2nd season Originals has shown Kol has a HUGE love for witches too

Too bad we couldn't see evil Bonnie with the Originals.
Surprisingly a lot of new fanfics keeps on coming out, so the fans aren't over the idea. lol

Evil!Bonnie would be remarkable BUT do 1000% respect Kat's being done with the character and no wanna to return but man what an episode or an arc that would be

That would have been totally boss! Kat always did such a great job of showing the dark side of witchcraft. I'm kind of disappointed that it's not a possibility.

Oh, fanfictions are amazing! I have read so many stories where I've wished had been storylines on the shows. I love that fanfiction writers think that evil!Bonnie storylines would have been awesome.

I agree with that. The fans who write fanfictions are so great. They really write beautiful stories that are so good that I sometimes forget that they didn't happen on the show.
