^ It's the episode where Damon goes into the bar to distract Klaus so that Elena can try to get through to Stefan outside the bar. Here's a bit of a refresher...
Klaus certainly has fun torturing Damon, sticking him with the little umbrella from his drink and then tossing him around the bar.   __________________

^ I'm glad you liked that part. I thought it may have been a little harsh.
  You know what scene I wish we had gotten? When Klaus returned to Mystic Falls in Graduation, and he went off to give Damon his blood for the werewolf venom in his system. Oh, what I would have given to see how that scene went.  The snark and sass would have been so fresh.    __________________

^ That has been well established.
 I'm surprised Klaus resisted the urge to do some serious damage to him. The man has a whole mess of control, that's for sure.   I can just imagine Damon lying on his bed, trying to fight the effects of the werewolf venom, and then Klaus walking in and being all, "Well, well, well. Look what we have here. Couldn't stay out of trouble, could you?" And considering Damon said in the The Vampire Diaries part of the crossover that they only go to New Orleans for crappy booze and Klaus blood, I'm thinking that maybe that encounter in Graduation wasn't the last time that they saw each other.  __________________

and Damon loves to push bottons So agree that its surprising that Klaus didn't do any damage to Damon__________________

^ Well, that's true.
I just meant that Klaus has more control than the average vampire, so it would take a lot more to get him to react. Damon did love pushing buttons. I can imagine Klaus having to keep that urge to hurt Damon suppressed every time they interacted. I wonder what Klaus would have done to Damon if there hadn't been the Stefan factor to consider. __________________
