I think it was Chris Claremont who made Magneto Jewish and a Holocaust survivor. Claremont is Jewish on his mother's side.

I think they've mucked up the casting of some of those women too -notably Wanda and Captain Marvel, with actresses that don't fit and aren't so good. On the other hand, Scarlett Johansson and Zoe Saldana have proven to be superb casting. I could have done without three films of Gwyneth Paltrow, mind you.

We haven't even seen Brie Larson in the role of Captain Marvel - too quick to judge.
And I love Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch. *shrug* I also hope they don't slander Jane. Writing a character out doesn't mean disrespecting them. It's petty and poor writing. __________________
