Can someone tell me what happened to Odin at the end of TDW, unless this has already been addressed? I thought Loki did something to him that's why he was pretending to be the all father when Thor came to see him. Or did Odin disappear first and Loki found out, hence the shape-shifting scene to try and contain the situation while looking for Odin, first by himself and now with Thor?

Yeah we don't know what happened to Odin yet but some photos came out a while ago showing Thor and Loki in New York (and you see Thor meeting with Doctor Strange about Odin in a mid credit scene) and they also show Odin as a homeless man. Some theorize that he lost his memory, or maybe Loki banished him to Earth like he did Thor in the first film and took his memory. I can't wait to find out what the hell happened to Odin. |

Here is the clip at the end of Thor the dark world
See Loki , we all thought dead as Odin speaking to Thor . Then in the Avengers age of ultron Thor dosed with One of the most powerful hallucinogen , dreams of asgurd and Loki . We don't see Loki in the hallucination .. __________________

no problem easier to show the clip of the end of Dark world then explain it all . Plus Thor's hallucination during age of Ultron helps ..

What I want to know is this, is it explained how/why Loki ended on the throne at the end of TDW when on Doctor Strange, he and Thor are looking for Odin? I thought he, of all people should know where his father is since he's been pretending to be Odin.

Yeah, that scene took me by surprise. It raised my interest a bit more in Ragnarok, though.

Maybe Odin left the place where Loki put him.
