It has been widely speculated that the first trailer for Marvel's anticipated sequel Thor: The Dark World would be attached to theatrical screenings of Iron Man 3, which opens in the United States May 3rd. We recently heard a rumor stating that the teaser would debut on April 2nd. Now, we have some confirmation that we can expect some footage to debut sometime next month. A Spanish poster for Iron Man 3 recently surfaced online (via ComicBook.com), with a tagline at the bottom saying, "Also enjoy an exclusive preview of Thor: The Dark World." There's a good chance that, with Iron Man 3 releasing in some countries a week earlier than in the US, we'll see a Thor trailer shortly before the threequel opens. Thor: The Dark World stars Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Stellan Skarsgård, Idris Elba, Christopher Eccleston, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Kat Dennings, Ray Stevenson, Zachary Levi, Jaimie Alexander, Rene Russo and Anthony Hopkins. The film is set to hit theaters November 8th this year.

British actor Tom Hiddleston is set to appear on the big screen, later this year, for the third time as Loki, in the Marvel movie sequel Thor: The Dark World. Tom stars alongside fellow Brit Christopher Eccleston, who plays Malekith in the film, and he has been praising his co-star for his performance.

During a chat with Red Carpet News, Hiddleston stated, "Christopher Eccleston is one of Britain's greatest actors, he brings a degree of commitment, intelligence, conviction and complexity to everything he does. I think he really got his teeth into this thing [playing Malekith]. It's hard to say anything without giving away too much."

He added, "Christopher has enormous presence, which is very distinguishable on stage as well as film. It's one of those things you can't really define, you just can't stop watching him when he's on screen. I think he'll be absolutely magnetic [in the movie]. Malekith has his own ambition. Whether or not Loki can coincide with or contradict, subvert or enhance that ambition remains to be seen."

As well as starring Tom Hiddleston and Christopher Eccleston, Thor: The Dark World also stars Anthony Hopkins, Natalie Portman, Zachary Levi, Ray Stevenson, Tadanobu Asano, Jaimie Alexander and Idris Elba. Thor: The Dark World is directed by Alan Taylor and is set to be released on October 30 in the UK and on November 8 in the US.
